History - (from the personal comments of Mahlia Jaye) Staff Sergeant Sandra Steele is da quintessential leader, mon: smart, tough, brave and leads by example. She'll always be the first ta join us Janes on a dangerous mission. She's very protective of us, even though she tries not ta show it. She ain't foolin' no one, mon. The Janes know da score. An all-around soldier, Sarge is equally skilled with firearms and with bladed weapons. Ta her, a gun is da same as a combat knife or saber, mon.

Off-duty Sarge is a man-izin', good-time gal, who loves good booze and cigars. Even after a night of all of da above, mon, she will take any of us to school on the PT course.

Sarge ain't much for tickling, though she ain't bad at it. She prefers ta let Doll and me handle that, mon, but she don't mind watchin' us work...especially on would-be tough broads who don't understand when they're beaten. Sarge is old school and would rather vanquish her foes da old fashioned way...with fists and bullets and steel. She claims ta be non-ticklish, but this ain't true, mon. Take it from me. She's exclusively (almost painfully) ticklish on her breasts. A red, hourglass-shaped birthmark beneath her left nipple is her spot.
